A visual system born from Generative Design to promote an exhibition by Ryoji Ikeda.

With strict rules about the information that needed to be communicated, we were challenged with creating a visual system in the same spirit as Ikeda’s generative design practice. By converting the titles of each project from text into morse code then running these through an audiovisual system, beams of light react to the sound highlighting Ikeda’s name. Scenes of the video were then captured to create a series of posters.
